Billy JJ is an AES Licensed stallion who has made a great start to his competitive career. He is by the world class stallion Animo, described by John Whittaker as the best jumping stallion in Europe after the Barcelona Olympics.

Billy Autumn is the dam of the AES Approved Stallion, Billy Congo.

Animo himself had a great competitive career and has consistently produced top class show jumping and dressage superstars including Andaimo Z, Romantico La Siela, Aniapollo and the Billy Stud's Billy Orange, an international winner and Grand Prix jumper; Billy Birr, placed 12th in the BSJA Leading Horse Ranking List 2008, and the top British Bred horse; and Billy Autumn who had a successful career in the UK with William Funnell before being sold to Canada as an 8 year old, where he won a car at the International show at Spruce Meadows. Billy Autumn is the dam of the AES Approved Stallion, Billy Congo.

Tatum the mother of Billy JJ is a registered Irish Sports Horse by Clover Hill who is one of Ireland’s most prolific sires of International winners to numerous to mention. She is a proven brood mare having produced Billy Orange and Billy Autumn for the Billy Stud both who have gone on to have successful international careers. Billy JJ is a full brother to both of these horses.

Performance

Billy JJ has made a tremendous start to his show jumping career. In 2009 he was second in the 5 year old Young Horse Champion Final. He has recently been successfully competed by Pippa Funnell, jumping double clear rounds in his last seven Foxhunter classes. In 2008 he was equal first in the 4 Year Old British Young Horse Championships.
